Based in Vancouver, my practice involves advising public and private companies working in a variety of industries, including mining, technology, life sciences, agri-business, retailers, renewable energy and ESG related initiatives, regarding securities laws, general corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure obligations and regulatory and compliance matters. I have over ten years of experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions (Fortune 200; US and international) involving mining exploration, natural resources, technology, agriculture and bio-manufacturing and life sciences. While English is my native language, I can speak, read and write fluent Cantonese and Mandarin if needed.
